Our commitment
Television should be for everyone. We want people of all abilities to be able to use this site and watch our work, and we treat accessibility as part of making things well, not an afterthought.
Our commitment to a site and a screen that work for everyone, and how to tell us when we fall short.

Television should be for everyone. We want people of all abilities to be able to use this site and watch our work, and we treat accessibility as part of making things well, not an afterthought.
We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, across the pages we build. We are working towards that goal and do not claim the whole site is fully conformant yet.
In practice that means we design for keyboard use, clear focus states, readable text and sufficient colour contrast, descriptive link text, and alternative text for meaningful images.
We are working to provide captions on our video content. Some older productions, and some videos delivered through third-party players such as Vimeo or YouTube, may not yet have captions, transcripts or audio description.
If you need a captioned version, a transcript or another format of any video on this site, ask us and we will do our best to provide it.
We are aware of areas where we can improve, including:
If something on this site is hard to use, we want to know. Email contact@annextv.com with the page address, what went wrong and, if you are happy to share it, the assistive technology you use. We will review every report and reply as soon as we can.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Australian Human Rights Commission at humanrights.gov.au.
Write to us at contact@annextv.com or use the contact form.
