Annex TV is a Melbourne television and video production company, owned and operated by Annex Global Network. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Annex TV and Annex Global Network.

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run the site. Depending on how you use it, that may include:

• Enquiry details: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the nature of your enquiry, your budget range and your message.
• Booking details: your name, email address, phone number, the date and time you choose, your time zone and any notes you add when you book a call.
• Technical details: your IP address, submitted with forms to help us prevent spam and abuse, and basic information your browser sends to our servers.

We use your information to:

• reply to enquiries and prepare for conversations about your project;
• schedule, confirm and manage calls you book with us;
• keep the site secure and prevent misuse; and
• meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, and only as far as needed for them to do so. These include our hosting and video delivery providers, Google (for calendar scheduling and video meetings when you book a call), and our email provider.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Some videos on this site are delivered through third-party players such as Vimeo, YouTube and Cloudflare. When you play a video, that provider may collect information about you under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to read those policies.

The site may also use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep it working and secure.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. Some of our providers store or process data outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure they handle your information appropriately.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Email contact@annextv.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
